General terms

Version 1.3 — 2026-10-01

Version 1.3 covers use of the U360 website and non-binding customer portal. Paid work, pricing and additional commitments are agreed separately.

Business details

You360, Traverse 128, 5361 TH Grave, the Netherlands. Dutch Chamber of Commerce number 55790402; establishment number 000025407325. Contact: info@u360.nl or +31 24 234 0555. YO(U)360 and U360 are the names used for this website and customer portal.

Non-binding access and assignments

An inquiry, Basic account or exploration creates no payment obligation. A proposal in preparation is not a final offer. Paid work starts only after separate agreement on a concrete assignment identifying parties, scope, price and schedule. Publication does not retroactively change existing agreements.

Access and use

Use your own account, protect credentials and authorize access appropriately. Platform administrators use two-step verification. Organization roles restrict access and do not grant access to other customers. Do not share secrets in conversations. Abuse is investigated and access may be restricted where necessary to protect systems or data.

Security commitments

U360 takes appropriate technical and organizational measures based on processing and risk. The U360 security protocol defines verification, evidence, follow-up and reassessment. Its dated internal declaration states scope, results and open points. Separately agreed security requirements remain applicable.

A passed check covers only its described environment and test. This is not independent ISO, SOC or GDPR certification, a penetration test, or a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or absence of vulnerabilities. NGFW, EDR or XDR is included only when explicitly agreed, implemented and demonstrated. This scope does not restrict statutory rights or obligations.

Privacy and service providers

Our privacy statement covers the website and our own portal. Where processing for a customer requires it, a separate processing agreement defines roles, instructions, providers and transfer safeguards. Supplier certificates do not automatically certify U360 or a customer platform.

Incidents and recovery

Report suspected incidents to service@u360.nl without sending secrets or sensitive content. U360 records and assesses reports, determines containment, investigation, recovery and communication, and follows applicable personal-data incident obligations. Recovery targets or availability guarantees apply only if separately agreed.

Account requests and changes

Settings allow closure or deletion requests. Handling, affected data and retention requirements are assessed; registration or review is not completed erasure. New protocol versions carry dates and change records. Material contractual changes are handled separately; publication is not automatic customer acceptance. Questions: info@u360.nl.
