🛡️ U360 Protocols & Security Statement
Version 1.3 — Authorised by Paul Roelofs (Architect Founder & Owner)
Guided by our vision of maximum data sovereignty and transparency, the leadership of You360 declares the status of the IT infrastructure set out below.
1. Purpose and Scope
This document confirms the successful internal verification of the U360 security protocol for the u360.nl platform. Its scope specifically covers transport security and the automated VPS monitoring chain.
2. Certified Components
- Email Infrastructure: The central email alias is operational and has been successfully tested for secure delivery.
- Infrastructure Monitoring: An automated monitoring process checks the status of U360 services at a fixed interval of 5 minutes.
- Transport Security: All data connections between the application layers and the database are strictly secured and enforced using modern encryption standards (TLS 1.3).
- Access Control: API sending credentials and server access are strictly isolated and secured according to the principle of least privilege.
3. System Architecture & Vision
The U360 architecture is a deliberate, strategic design choice by founder Paul Roelofs. By hosting the Next.js frontend on Vercel's global edge network and managing backend data within an isolated Supabase environment on a dedicated VPS node through Coolify, we achieve:
- Maximum Data Sovereignty: Full control over the storage and processing of customer data.
- DDoS Resilience: Optimal client-side protection through Vercel's edge infrastructure.
- Prevention of Vendor Lock-in: A modular structure that allows individual components to migrate independently, without dependence on cloud monopolies.
4. Final Declaration
The U360 VPS monitor and its notification chain have been internally verified, are operational, and are certified within the defined scope. Reassessment takes place periodically, with the next scheduled evaluation on 29 December 2026.
